COMMENTS:
- Facility has undergone extensive cleaning and sanitation
- Dishwasher has been serviced and reaches an internal temperature of 73.3 degrees Celsius at the dish.
- Pest Treatment for cockroaches applied on October 15, 2018 - Technician has stated that a high level of sanitation is required to ensure effectiveness of treatment
- New traps have been placed and old traps serviced or discarded
- Some items have been discarded

ITEMS TO CORRECT:
- Some dishes, shelves and trolleys had not been adequately cleaned - cleaned during inspection
- Ongoing cleaning is required
- Discard items not required for business
- Continue with cockroach and rodent treatment from Pest Services
