Code 306 has been addressed. Walk-in cooler floor under shelves and also plastic crates in the cooler have been cleaned. Back wall is scheduled to be cleaned by kitchen prep staff tonight. Also the rolling racks are also included in the cleaning schedule. Ensure to follow the cleaning schedule for equipment and kitchen areas to maintain premises in sanitary condition.
