Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CV5TSE:

- Build up of dirt on ceiling tiles have been removed and cleaned.
- Temporary rubber seals have been installed at the upright cooler. Manager stated that new cooler has been ordered.
- All refrigeration units now equipped with working thermometers (ie walk in cooler, upright coolers). Keep monitoring the temperature using accurate thermometers.
- No further actions required.
