Follow up to Rpt # DSOG-AMVTKL

- Owner has provided revised copies of Food Safety and Sanitation Plans since last inspection. Reminder to maintain and follow these written procedures, as per the requirements of the BC Food Premises Regulation.
- Food is stored safely at the time of inspection. Raw foods such as meats stored away from and below ready-to-eat foods.
- Rice scoops stored in ice water.
- Bleach sanitizer available in bucket at 100 ppm chlorine. Reminder: Store wiping cloths in bleach sanitizer solution when not in use.
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Dishwashing area has been cleaned.
