-3-compartment sink available & maintained
-QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottle
-Sugar & lentils re-packaged few times a week, facility is hot used on a daily basis.
-No evidence of pest detected in re-packaging room
-General sanitation of re-packaging room well maintained.
-Ware house facility:
-All food products kept at least 6" off the floor.
-During time of inspection, observed concentration of mice droppings on skids of the goods located within ware house portion.
Correction: Ensure that all droppings are removed, areas monitored
-All entry points sealed
-Ensure any affected food products are discarded
-During time of inspection, products from ware house were protected from contamination.
Correction date → 2 weeks
