-All fridges are maintaining foods at 4C or colder. -Liquid soap and paper towels at handsinks. -All freezers are -18C or colder. Walk-in freezer has ice build up around the door. Remove to allow the door to be properly closed. -Time temperature monitoring of Pizzas is occurring. -General sanitation is overall good.
