Observation: Handwashing sink in the storage/prep area lacking hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to discuss this with hospital maintenance staff immediately. Ensure all sinks have hot water. In the interim, use the 2 compartment sink for handwashing and only wash dishes at the end of the day.

Routine Inspection

Tim Hortons:
-Handwashing sink equipped with liquid soap, single use towels and hot and cold running water.
-Hot holding at or above 60 C.
-Cream dispensing coolers at 4 C or below.
-Undercounter cooler not functioning and not in use.
-Surface sanitizer (200 ppm quats) available.

Storage/Prep Area:
-Dishwasher not functioning and not in use at the time of inspection. Manual dishwashing use the two-compartment sink had been set up - good. Please replace/remove dishwasher if it is no longer functioning and there are no plans to use it again.
-Walk-in cooler at 4.5 C (must be at 4 C or below). Check again in 1 hour.
-Walk-in freezer at -10 C (freezers must be at -18 C at all times). Check again in 1 hour.
*Water leak in pipes in closet - fix is in progress.
*Reminder: focus cleaning efforts in hard to reach areas such as behind and underneath equipment.

Cafeteria:
Cafeteria not in use and not inspected.
