Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. Additional storage area inspected, no issues at this time. *Note: QUATs dispenser pips is disconnected at this time, service order in place. The facility is preparing QUATs sanitizer manually in the third compartment sink. QUATs test strip available.
