Follow-up Inspection conducted today for Report#NTSD-C44MVX and NTSD-C48M5K.
All outstanding critical and non-critical violations in report#NTSD-C44MVX and NTSD-C48M5K have been corrected.
-Front display coolers repaired and measured at 4C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Spot checks of front display cooler are measured as follows:
-Roasted chicken measured at 4C, grilled chicken measured at 3.8C.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Quats spray bottles and dispenser at 200ppm.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
Temperature logs are well maintained.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
