Follow-up Inspection Completed. Code 308 Outstanding - Observed equipment not in working order; under oven cooler (top drawers). Technician called in for unit and adjusted. Unit top drawers still inconsistent. Premises not to store potentially hazardous foods in under oven cooler top drawer units until capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or below. Food in ice can be placed as temporary measure during busy service periods. Long term solution for fixing unit required to be provided to Environmental Health Officer. - Paper towel dispenser fixed and now in working order.
