Comments

Handwash stations good.

**In general, the grout lines, especially the first line along the wall floor interface is low in points throughout the identified area of concern mentioned above. This crevasse is allowing the accumulation of food and water, resulting in the development of an organic matt-like growth of slimes. This is difficult to clean and eventually expands to more of the floor surface area. Recommend improving the grout line to reduce the crevasse, at least along the floor wall interface to facilitate easier cleaning and allow the facility to stay cleaner.
