Observation: Observed accumulation of grease and food debris build up under cooler equipment; slighter clutter in corners of the kitchen

Single glassdoor cooler in the kitchen at 4 C or lower; double sliding glassdoor cooler in the kitchen at 4 C or lower

Hot holding unit for soup at 60 C or higher
Low temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 100 ppm of residual chlorine after final rinse cycle
QUAT sanitizer dispenser in good working order; detected 200 ppm of QUAT
Bleach sanitizer buckets had 200 ppm of residual chlorine and had wiping cloths in them; operator stated that the cloths are replaced and washed weekly and as they get dirty, they get replaced
Temperature logs available on site and updated daily
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
