Overall sanitation satisfactory; working station had spills and other food debris but no accumulation noted. Ensure to clean up spills and food debris once busy time passes. Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at all sinks High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 78.4 C at plate level after final rinse cycle Undercounter coolers at working area at 4 C or lower. Upright two-door cooler in the storage at 4 C or lower. Upright freezer in the storage area at -18 C or lower. No hot holding unit being used on site. General storage area organized QUAT sanitizer buckets available throughout facility; detected <200ppm of QUAT as they are actively being used all the time. Ensure to replace the sanitizer more frequently as the store is extremely busy and use up the sanitizer quickly. QUAT sanitizer dispenser at two compartment sink in good working order; detected 200 ppm of QUAT from the nozzle. No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection.
