Comments

- Hand sinks accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Ice machine observed to be clean at time of inspection
- Only a small amount of bean sprouts were held out at room temperature and were kept in ice water - good.
- Walk-in cooler organization satisfactory
- No improper cooling observed at time of inspection
- All coolers were at or below 4C. A new prep cooler has been installed, prep cooler that was previously not working has been replaced.
