200ppm quats ("Don" Steri disc one tablet per gallon of water) available for use in container. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
All tea pots, stirrers and other utensils washed, rinsed, and sanitized in bleach solution.
Permit posted in front area.
Storage area clean and organized.
Under the counter dairy cooler at 3 degrees C.
