Observation: Quats sanitizer ( Pro Quats) tested 50 ppm in most spray bottltes. The dispensing system does not appear to be functioning or lablelled properly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to provide bottles of quats concentrate at the chemical dispensing station. The chemical supplier must check to see if all chemicals lines are labelled properly and are dispensed at the required concentration (immediatley). Ensure all staff are trained n the proper use of chemicals.

Observation: Build up of food debris and dirt noticed underneath the stainless steel preparation counters and underneath and behind equipment and shevles.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floors in all areas of the premises espcially underneath all counters, shelves and equipment. ( By June 27, 2018)

Observation: Spray bottles of ProQuat sanitizer and disinfectant kept on a storage shelf right above hot food warmer trays.
Corrective Action(s): Never store any chemicals, cleaners and sanitizer near food items to prevent risk of food contamination. A designated storage area or hanger etc. must be provided to store cleaners/sanitizer etc. after use.
