Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) One whipped cream can stored in unit not meant for phf as per label on unit. Product measured 10C for unknown length of time
2) Ice cream hopper measured 6-8C with probe thermometer for unknown length of time.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Discard both products. 2)Do not use ice cream hopper until unit maintains 4C or less as per food safety plan from corporate head office. Date to be corrected: immediately

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash sink by drive through window not equipped with liquid soap. Approval was for premises to have functioning and equipped handwash sink by the drive through window. Other handwash sinks are too far from the drive through location where food is handled. Ice, gravies, fries, onion rings, and burger prep need to be within 15ft of a fully equipped handwash sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Place liquid hand soap dispenser by drivethrough handwash sink. Place splash guards if necessary.
2) Temporarily use other handwash sinks until the handsink by drive through has been equipped. -Corrected during inspection.

-Hot holding above 60C: gravy, 2 patty unit
-Broiler achieves 71C internal temperature of whopper patties
-Vegetable topping prep cooler marked with time tracking sticker. Store onion for 4 hours until food safety plan is reviewed.
-No signs of pest
-General sanitation satisfactory
