Observation: - Pizza cutting board has a hole on the middle of it.
- Handle on the door of the walk-in cooler is broken.
- In the staff washroom toilet is not possible to flush/water in a water tank is unavailable at the time of inspection. The staff on site claimed that water must be turned off because it is constantly running.
- Paper towel wall-mounted dispenser at front is not working properly. It is not possible to get paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): - Replace the pizza cutting board. (Note: The staff on site stated that a cutting board has been ordered on line.)
- Repair the handle on the walk-in cooler.
- Repair the toilet in the staff washroom.
- Replace/repair kitchen paper towel dispenser.

- General sanitation - satisfactory.
- Kitchen handwashing sink supplied with liquid soap & hot/cold running water.
Note: Single use paper towel kept on the front table front of the sink at the time of inspection.
- Small prep cooler at 3.2 deg C.
- Walk-in cooler at 4 deg C.
- Freezers (chest & stand up)- satisfactory.
- Food storage - organized.
- Coca Cola (front) cooler - satisfactory.
- 3-compartment sink - satisfactory.
- Fan hood - satisfactory.
- Staff washroom clean; hand sink supplied with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Pizza cooler at 3.4C.
Note: Glass display cooler case has been installed near the prep pizza cooler (for sweets).

Bleach container is empty at the time of inspection. Ensure that Bleach is available in the store all the time. (Note: Surface sanitizer - available at the time of inspection.) Bleach has been found in a Palmolive/dish liquid/ container - ensure that all cleaning agents or chemicals are stored in original containers or properly labeled.
