2) Rice cooker/warmer not maintaining greater than 60C
Corrective Action(s): Operator explained that facility is being closed for the winter break/ holidays. To open again for the school year January 2023.

1) Ensure that fridge can reach 4C or lower before using.
Contact district EHO before opening for January 2023 school year for the fridge.

2) Do not use rice cooker. Ensure that rice cooker/warmer is able to hold greater than 60C
