General Comments: Storage Unit #5 upstairs: Chest freezer temperature is -20 degC; Upright fridge temperature is 4 degC and upper freezer is -19 degC True refrigerator temperature 2 degc; undercounter milk cooler 1 degC; display case was at 4 degc; Danby freezer -14 degC (foods inside are frozen). Handsink's fully equipped. Domestic dishwasher with a sanitizing cycle is in use (minimum rinse temperature of 150 degF met). 200ppm Bleach sanitizer is available in a spray bottle.
