Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - D3GQVV: Smaller preparation cooler serviced. Under the counter section at 4 degrees C. Inserts at 4-5 degrees C. Reminder to close the lid for inserts when not busy. Drawer cooler under the grill serviced. Reminder to monitor and records temperatures of all coolers, freezers, and hot holding. Cleaning still required for the underside of the shelf above the under the counter cooler and table used to store utensils.
