On Follow-Up: Mice droppings have been cleaned up. Some droppings noted in certain areas. Clean these areas using bleach as discussed. Operator has contracted out a new pest control company. 200ppm bleach sanitizer is available in a spray bottle as well as in the solution that has wiping rags. Outstanding Items: Provide a new storage bin for the pizza pans that is non-absorbent, easy to clean. Provide baseboards along the floor under the pizza oven and behind the storage/prep counter beside it and by the POS station. *report reviewed, not signed due to covid*
