Routine inspection:
- Sandwich, under the counter, walk-in coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer functional.
- Hot holding units not in use at the time.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available in spray bottles and from the dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Observed staff only rinsing the cleaned utensils with sanitizer then left them for air dry. Ensure sanitizing compartment is filled with food sanitizer and equipment should be immersed in sanitizer for sufficient contact time before air drying.
- Food equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.

Covid19 Protocols:
- Daily health check for staff not conducted from April. Ensure daily health check is performed and records maintained for at least for 30 days.
