Walk-in cooler 4 deg C Front 2-door undercounter 3 deg C Operator indicates the coolant levels were low and replenished for these fridges. Operator should be conducting regular preventative maintenance at least annually to better ensure all units are in good working order NOTE: the previous two routine inspections have both had Closure enforcements. Continued High Hazard Ratings will require additional measures to ensure health protocols are being followed such as ticketing/extended closure for review with a contravention meeting with the manager
