Cooling units less than 4 C. Freezer below -18 C Dishwashing (manual) - three sink method well done. Sanitizer (2 puumps) at 200 to 400 ppm. Measures with strips by staff. Handwash stations at front and at washroom well stocked. Spray bottles at 200 to 400 ppm. No issues noted. facility looks good.
