Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dough mixer, dough hook, onion press has bits of debris and grime left over. A screwdriver was placed inside the container for knives.
Corrective Action(s): Mixer, hook, onion press was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Screwdriver was removed, and the container for knives (and the knives) were washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Tray for pizza covered with a paper menu.
2. Cheese was left uncovered in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Paper menu removed. All ingredients should be fitted with a proper lid.

Observation: Food safety plan is lacking for the following items: chicken wings, lasagna.
Corrective Action(s): Please update your food safety plan for chicken wings and lasanga. Provide written procedures for all critical control points, critical limits, monitoring actions, and corrective actions. This information may be found in Fraser Health's Application Package for food service establishments.

Observation: Cardboard paper used to line shelving in walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Use a material that is smooth and impervious to moisture to line food products inside the walk-in cooler (e.g. shelf liner).

Comments

Joint inspection with Environmental Health Services Regional Manager Mr. Inderjeet Gill. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures
- Walk-in cooler at 2C
- Prep cooler (top & bottom) at approximately 4C
- Chest freezers at -18C or below. Operator states that the chest freezers will be replaced by upright freezers later this month

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Bleach spray bottle available at 200 ppm chlorine residual
- "Sani-Stuff" quats spray bottle available at 200 ppm QUATS
- Hand wash station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels

3. Storage
- All food products stored at least 6" off the floor - good
- Organization has significantly improved from prior to renovations

4. Administrative
- Operator has FoodSafe 1
- Facility is awaiting arrival of permit from billing

5. Pests
- No evidence of recent pest activity at time of inspection

**NOTE: Door to the restroom must be self-closing. This was discussed with the owner at time of inspection, to be completed by July 13, 2019**
