Follow up inspection for F233367:
All hand washing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold water.
Meat slicer was taken apart at time of inspection and properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure the slicer is taken apart to be cleaned and sanitized as often as necessary (eg. cutting different meats).
All foods in coolers were covered and protected from contamination.
Cleaning was conducted in between, behind and under counters, prep tables and cooking equipment. Ensure hard-to-reach areas are cleaned regularly to prevent oils and food debris from accumulating.
