-Follow-up inspection to January 03, 2024.
-Main handwash station pipe has been serviced and waste water properly drains to waste.
-Both handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Dicer was properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing and was found to be in good sanitary condition..
-Did not observe any foods which were in poor condition or unfit for consumption.
-Under counter cooler has not had door seals repaired/replaced - cooler is not being used for the storage of potentially hazardous food items.
-Facility was serviced by a professional pest control operator on January 04, 2024. Facility has monitoring stations and will be serviced monthly. Facility has cleaned and sanitized all areas affected by rodent droppings. Continue to monitor for pest activity and contact your pest control operator if issues continue or worsen.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-3-compartment sink prepared with bleach at 100ppm (1 tablespoon of bleach per 4L of water).
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Health permit hand delivered to operator. Review the attached permit letter and notify the health department of any changes to the facility. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
