Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
The hand washing sink had an empty soap dispenser. Users are NOT able to properly wash their hands properly to remove bacteria without hand soap.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately fill the liquid soap dispenser and ensure it is kept full at all times.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Fridge was 2C; freezer was -17C; and thermometers present.
- Domestic dishwasher was present, WITHOUT a sanitizing cycle (not meeting NSF/ANSI 184 standard). Disposable dishware shall be used to serve foods as inadequate facilities to wash and sanitize dishes for the public.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory.
- No signs of pests.
- No expired foods found in the cooler.
- Foods are labeled; and stored in food grade containers.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap (when replenished), paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Equipment and surfaces in good working order, smooth, level, sealed and cleanable.

**** Ensure regular maintenance of the facility is done to replenish paper towel and liquid soap dispensers, and regular cleaning of the equipment (fridge, microwaves, freezer, etc.). Records shall be kept to provide proof that this is being done to maintain the minimum health standards.****
