Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Ensure to have at least one employee onsite at all times that is certified with foodsafe level 1.
Note: Fraser Health provides FoodSafe level 1 courses; next courses are being offered on September 7 & 21, 2017. You can register for this course which is held at the Surrey Health Protection office by calling 604-930-5405 extension 765612.
Thorough cleaning has been completed throughout the facility in the following areas:
1. behind cooking line
2. behind dough mixer and stainless stain counters
3. under hard to reach areas and shelves in walkin cooler. Walls of walkin cooler need cleaning.
4. chest freezers need cleaning and defrosting.
5. back storage area needs to be reorganized and cleaned.
