Observation: Some cockroaches were found on the glue traps near the hot water tank, behind the coffee macine and underneath the dishpit.
Corrective Action(s): More frequent visiits and control measures required from licensed pest control provider. Place more traps underneath the cookline, benind the sliding door cooler and along the dish pit (Immediately).

Observation:
Corrective Action(s): 1. Identily all areas or surfaces that require thorough cleaning. Clean followed by sealing or patching any remaining gaps in the walls/cabinets or junctions between equipment and wallls.
2. Thoroughly clean all cabinets and floor underneath the dishwasher and double sink to remove any food or grease build up.
Recommended decluttering in the storage area and repainting the shelving to make them easily cleanable.
3. Seal the gap behind the counter underneath the coffee machine.
4. Pull out all coolers to clean floors underneath all equipment (freezers, coolers) especially the coffee area upright cooler. (By September 20, 2017)

Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and degrease the cooking equipment especially the sides of the deep fryer to remove grease build-up (by September 20, 2017).

* Recommended replacing the backsplash behind the dishwasher with either stainless steel or FRP board and ensure to seal all gaps.
* Seal any gaps or cracks behind and on the left side of the double pot washing sink.
* Do not store any potentially hazardous products such as milk or sandwiches etc. in the front display cooler as it does not maintain 4 C.
