Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station by the pizza preparation area was not working during inspection. Operator called plumber and repaired hand wash station. Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel was available

- Screen door available on back door
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- Ventilation hood maintained; next date for cleaning is in December
