Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: chlorine sanitizer solution in bar towel buckets measured below 50 ppm. Staff added bleach to raise concentration which was measured at 100 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective action: Ensure that sanitizer solution is maintained between 100 ppm and 200 ppm at all times in order to ensure adequate disinfection. Change sanitizer more frequently throughout day.

Observation: Observation: Metal strip along vertical door edge is bent at bottom and weather stripping inside door frame is chewed in the same place, exposing a 1/4" to 1/2" gap. Date to be corrected by - May 25.
Corrective Action(s): Replace metal strip and weather stripping so that gap is completely closed. This could be a potential entry point for pests.

All coolers measured at 4°C or less (including milk dispenser coolers).
All freezers at -18°C
Quats available in 3-compartment sink measured at 200 ppm
Ice machine interiors in sanitary condition.
All handsinks, including staff washroom handsinks, are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
Ventilation hoods baffles washed and sanitized every night. Next service due July 2016
All managers are Foodsafe certified. At least one manager on duty at all times.
- General sanitation good. No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
- All foods covered and stored at least 6" off the ground.
- Temperature records up to date and available on site. Temperatures are recorded bi-daily.
