Handsink in front area has liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
All coolers at 4 deg C or less
All freezers are at -18 deg C or less
Note: Two new upright freezers have been installed - good
New dry storage bulk bins in place - good
3 compartment sink with bleach available to sanitize
Ensure all buckets with pie fillings are regularly cleaned
General sanitation has improved, all foods stored off floor
Bleach spray sanitizer in front area and in back area is at 100 ppm chlorine residual
No signs of pests at time of inspection
