Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Processed sliced cheese stored in double inserts on ice but ice is not touching the inner insert. Cheese at 18C.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain smaller insert so the food can contact with ice and keep temperature lower.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two sausages stored on double inserts on flat grill was at 47C.
Corrective Action(s): Sausages discarded. Use single insert to keep food temperature 60C or over.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Insert of shot glasses had food debris inside. Milk dispenser cup with a little bit of milk inside cup still stored under dispensing unit.
Corrective Action(s): All items sent to dishwasher for wash and sanitize. Clean and sanitize dispenser cup after use. Ensure all food equipment are kept in sanitary condition.

Observation: Mice droppings noted on floor under condiment table in seating area, behind gas tanks in back storage room and in office.
Corrective Action(s): Mice dropping level reduced tremendously. Continue to increase sanitation and keep back door closed when not in use.
