Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut banana observed stored in the under-counter cabinet below the preparation counter in the coffee station. Staff stated that the banana was cut less than 1 hour ago. Banana was stored in the cooler during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Cut fruits are potentially hazardous foods and must be stored under refrigeration at or below 4'C to prevent microbe growth.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- General sanitation good during inspection
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 71.7'C at plate surface
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Ice machine observed in excellent sanitary condition with scoop placed outside the machine
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- All food is observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Dry ingredients observed stored in pest-proof containers
- General organization in coolers and freezers is good (time stamps available on food containers)
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms

*NOTE: under-counter glass door cooler at service area next to hand washing station is not in use for any food storage.

*REMINDER: temperature log is not available for verification of temperature checks. Temperature log template was provided to staff during time of inspection. Ensure temperatures are recorded at least twice daily (or as per approved food safety plan) to be verified during next routine inspection.
