Observation: Some improvement to food storage practices, but egg noodles & rice storage practices not adequate. Too much/too large volume stored outside of refrigeration.

Observation: 1) - Re-using single service (takeout) containers to handle food on cook line, AND these containers have not been properly cleaned/sanitized, AND they can't be re-used or properly sanitized due to design.

2) - meat slicer not properly cleaned/sanitized after use.
Correction: 1) *Discard these containers and stop this practice immediately.
