Completed walk through with Manager all problematic areas that needed cleaning. All areas, edges of walls, around posts and under equipment appeared to be clean. No other droppings noted since clean up. Pest control contractor was present at the time of inspection and addressed problematic areas. Back door to the left that leads to outside and "electrical room" has an abundance of droppings. Pest control contractor to address this area. Chicken wires placed around holes in cleaning room. Two back doors have gaps and light showing through - advise to put door sweep (bristles or metal) to block entry. Advise to contact building owner about setting traps outside, in common area electrical room and fill in gaps in foundation around perimeter.
