-A significant improvement in the cleanliness and organization of the back room noted. Dust accumulation have also been cleaned. -Items no longer required for the food premises have been removed. -Mouse droppings have been cleaned up and no additional signs of pest activity noted. *Ensure back room is maintained in this condition and floor area is kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. -Ceiling tiles are present and still need to be put in place.
