- General sanitation - good.
- All hand washing stations supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels; hot/cold running water.
- No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection on the second floor.
Note: Mice droppings observed in a room near a service door (ground level). Please take care of the issue.
- Professional pests service on site.

Main Kitchen:
- All coolers at 4 deg C or below; all freezers at -18 deg C or less.
- Hot holding > 60 deg C.
- Surface QUAT sanitizer - available and in use (200 ppm).
- High temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 73.3 deg C at plate level after final rinse cycle.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition; a scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.


Lower level prep area:
- Two walk-in coolers; one in the hallway and one in the kitchen. Both coolers below 4 deg C.
- Walk-in freezer at -18 deg C.
- Hand washing station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels; hot/cold running water.
- Large compartment sinks available for prep and satisfactory.
- Meat slicer - clean. All equipment stored in a sanitary manner.

- Chemicals/cleaning agents stored safely at the time of inspection.
