Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was a plastic basket inside the handwashing sink at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): The operator removed the basket. Keep the handwashing free of any equipment or utensils.

Observation: Significant build up of grease, food debris, and dirt in the following areas:
- on backsplash of prep line cooler
- underneath two comp sink
- on wire racks inside coolers and in the main kitchen
- on dough mixer
Corrective Action(s): Clean and wash the areas noted above.

- Surface sanitizers available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine solution. Ensure to have surface sanitizers available at each work station (ie front of kitchen, back of kitchen)
