Observation: Dishwasher does not work. Premis only has a two compartment sink. Premise has more than 10 seats.
Correction: Dishwasher must be repaired or replaced to ensure equipment / utensils / food contact surfaces are properly washed and sanitized. Provide single use cups for beverages. Food must be served in single use containers until dishwasher is repaired / fixed.
