Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Dishwasher final rinse temperature registered 58 C during final rinse after 3 runs.)
Comments

Dishwasher has now been repaired-registered 71.6 degrees C at the plate surface.
Juice dispenser unit now at 2 degrees C.
All other cooler at 4 degrees C or below.

A temperature log for all coolers and dishwasher sanitizing temp log is kept daily. Good.
Ensure to take necessary corrective actions if cooler temps are above 4 degrees C.
According to banquet service manager food safety and sanitation plan is in progress.
