Staff hand hygiene and safe food handling observed satisfactory at the time of this inspection. - Staff are food safe trained. - Sandwich line cooler measured at or below 4 degree C. Walk in cooler measured at 4 C or colder. Walk in freezer measured at -18 C or colder. Temperature monitoring log noted. - Hot holding meatball, soup etc, measured at or above 60C. - 3- comp sink maintained. QUAT 200 ppm available in sink and also spray bottles. - Food storage noted clean and maintained. Food stored off floors and on clean shelve. - No sign of pest activity noted at this date. - General sanitation is overall very good. - Customer washroom maintained. No concerns noted at this date.
