- Cleaning has improved under grill. - No signs of rodent activity at the time of inspection: All holes sealed All doors closed Back screen door secure Door sweeps present Sheet metal on above canopy and under desk is secure No droppings found in pop cupboard - Ensure all food items are always stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Ensure monitoring of pest activity is frequent and all traps are checked daily. - Keep up with the cleaning and sanitizing and be sure to review proper and frequent cleaning protocols with all staff.
