Routine Inspection:
- Meals are delivered daily from an approved commissary.
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
- Concentration of chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 75.6 degrees Celsius at dish level after the final rinse cycle.
- Prep sinks equipped with hot/cold running water.
- Temperature of cooler = 4 degrees Celsius.
- Temperature of freezer = -18 degrees Celsius.
- Food covered and protected from contamination.
- Overall cleanliness and organization good.
- Premises well lit.
- Permit to Operate posted.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.

Note: The FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate that is posted in the kitchen has expired since April 2022. At the time of inspection, the person in charge had a valid FOODSAFE certification. Ensure at least one person onsite in the kitchen has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification, or it's equivalent. For the food handlers with certification expiring in the near future, they may take the Refresher course online. For the food handlers with certification already expired, they will need to re-take the entire FOODSAFE Level 1 course to get re-certified.
