Observation: Operator has removed a sink without receiving health approval. Operator has indicated his kitchen has a 2 compartment sink for ware washing and a single compartment handwashing sink. At time of inspection, only 2 compartment sink was present.
Corrective Action(s): Re-install sink per original approval. This must be done asap. Any changes to your kitchen layout must be approved by Fraser Health prior to making them

Corrective Action(s): Operator must re-install sink for handwashing immediately. Operator will be given 3 weeks from today's date (march 26) to do so.

As discussed, renovations must be reviewed and approved by district EHO. Removing sinks without approval is not permitted.
Coolers at 4 deg C or less
Freezers at -18 deg C or less
Facility has domestic style stove top and fumehood which was previously approved by area EHO. No cooking of raw meats is permitted.
Surface sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual
Bleach available to sanitize
