- Areas outlined in routine inspection report have been cleaned. An improvement in the level of sanitation is noted. Continue to maintain this level of sanitation. Ensure the frequency and detail in cleaning the hard to reach areas of the floor is sufficient so that there is no build up of debris. - Seal/gasket on barista cooler has been replaced. Cooler door is now closing effectively. - New soap dispenser is in place at back handsink and functional.
