Comments

-General sanitation of premises is satisfactory
-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Ensure front handsink is only used for handwashing. Use sink next to grinders/blenders for dumping drinks, rinsing pitchers etc., filling up water.
-All coolers were 4C or colder
-Front freezer was at -9C
-Back freezer was at -12C
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing temperature requirement. Final rinse was 83C as measured with min/max thermometer at the dish surface.
-Bleach sanitizer present in spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concentration was 200ppm Chlorine.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
*Staff aprons were present in staff washroom. Wash aprons and store in a clean location.
