Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket had <200ppm Quats measured. Staff was advised to change the sanitizer at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 200ppm Quats available in the bucket at all times. Change the solution more frequently.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezer operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs up to date.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser. Dishwashing sink equipped properly.
- Traps in place. No evidence of rodent activity observed at this time.
- General sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
NOTE: Fly control UV lamp to be installed as discussed at the time of the inspection.
